He interviewed in depth the cast and crew for a large format book on Nic Roeg’s The Man Who Fell to Earth, staring David Bowie
Jay’s second book was written with Mick Jagger, James Fox, Nic Roeg on their iconic film Performance.
His third book One Shot – The Making of The Deer Hunter has been written with contributions from Robert De Niro, Meryl Streep, Chris Walken and many more. De Niro also opened up his extraordinary archives to Glennie.
Jay Glennie lives in the South East of England with his wife Kelly, their two daughter’s Amy and Lara, and their dog, PJ.
